Alloy is an AI-powered prototyping platform built for product teams

Unlike traditional prototyping tools that rely on generic templates or app builders, Alloy captures an existing product directly from the browser and allows teams to generate new feature prototypes that match the real product’s design and interface.

Using natural language prompts, product managers and designers can quickly generate high-fidelity prototypes of new ideas, test concepts with customers, and share interactive demos with stakeholders. The platform integrates with common product development tools such as Linear, Notion and Jira Product Discovery, allowing prototypes to fit seamlessly into existing product workflows.

I participated in Alloy’s first friends and family investment round. The company later raised a $4.5M pre-seed round led by Blackbird, reflecting strong early conviction around the opportunity to support the next generation of robotics and physical AI companies.

By enabling prototypes that closely mirror real products, Alloy helps teams move faster from idea to validation, improving collaboration across product, design and engineering teams.
